We are located in old-city area in Nagano city. So just heading for Zenkoji temple.
WALK FROM NAGANO STA.
From Nagano sta, first walk along the Chuo street / main street towards Zenkoji about 1.2km, you will pass the Seven-eleven on your left. Turn left next signal “Daimon minami” corner. ( the sign is only in Japanese ”大門南”) Turn right next small corner. 1166 backpackers is on that street left side.
BUS FROM NAGANO STA.
Catch the bus going to Zenkoji (every bus from terminal 1) and get off at HANANO KOJI stop. (approx 6 min ride / 170JPY ) Walk along the street just few meters, turn left narrow path and walk down 1 block, 1166 backpackers is on your right.
