Q. What is the check-in time?

Check-in is possible from 4pm to 9pm.

Q. Can I leave my luggage in advance?

If you wish, we will inform you of the luggage storage key number on the morning of check-in. Please contact us in advance.

Q. Can I send my luggage to hostel in advance?

Yes, you can. Please let us know the shipping company name and tracking number. Or please send us a photo of your shipping receipt. *It will be smoother if you contact us first to receive your luggage.

Q. Can I check in after 9PM?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to consideration for neighboring residents and guests in the same room, as well as the staff’s closing time, we are unable to accommodate your request. If you do not arrive by 9pm, your reservation will be canceled and a cancellation fee will be charged.

Q. Do you have curfew?

There is no curfew after check-in, but please be considerate of other travelers in your room and local residents.

Q. What is the check-out time?

Please check-out your room by 10am. Early check-out is also possible. The staff will be in the night shift room until 7:30 and not in the lounge, but please unlock the front door and leave by yourself. (Please be careful not to forget anything)

Q. Can I leave luggage after check-out?

We are happy to keep your luggage after check-out. We may be away from noon to 3:30, but we will give you the PIN of our luggage storage room so you can open it by yourself.

Q. Can we stay in a single room?

Single rooms is for 1 person only. If you are staying with 2-3 people, please consider our bigger private room.

Q. Can 4 people reserve one room?

As long as all the beds in the female dorm are vacant, you can reserve the room for 4 people. Please select female dorm from the booking page and make a reservation.

Q. I want to take a lower / upper bed.

We apologize for the inconvenience, many of our guests stay for consecutive nights, so your favorite bed may not be available on the day you check in.
Please contact us if you are unable to use the upper bunk because you are disabled or pregnant. Please note that we cannot accept any other bed specifications.

Q. Is there anything I should be careful about while staying?

You will be sharing one shower room and two toilets for all guest ( MAX 15per). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you in an old building and appreciate your understanding.

Q. Is there a pick-up service from the station?

Sorry, there is no pick-up service available. We are located in a 20 minute walk from JR Nagano Station. Alternatively, take the bus at terminal #1 and get off at Hananokoji bus stop.

Q. Are there many restaurants near the accommodation?

Yes, of course. There are many unique dining options nearby. There is no need to finish your meal in station area.Q.

Q. Is parking available?

Please park at a coin parking lot nearby. Approximately 500~700 yen/24H.
